Introduction

Health concerns the emotional and physical well being of an individual. Being healthy counts the day’s activity. For being smart, active and enthusiastic, a lot of energy is required and a healthy person never fails it. A sound health helps you to be comfortable without illness and gives energy for proper body functions. A good physical health includes a clean life without ailments, stress and genetic issues. And a person is said to possess a mental health has a stress free, abuse less situations.  “It is health which is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver”- Mahatma Gandhi

Importance                                                                                      

Vitality of the fitness is rising high in the present hectic world. Everyone loves eating junk and never dare to think the hard effects it cause. The unwanted carbohydrates and fats get accumulated and leads to unbalanced body condition prone to diseases. An unhygienic surrounding is the breeding ground for illness and causes nothing less than a bad health.

Tips to keep you healthy

Exercise:  “A sound mind in a sound body”. So for a healthy body, we need to keep the mind sound. Physical exercises  help us to be fit. A jog in the morning, yoga or a course exercise in the morning hours can do miracles with your physical and mental well being.

Healthy diet:

Food is another necessary thing for the body. Nutritious foods help us to maintain good health. Consumption of healthy foods helps us to minimize any health related problems. We all should know how, when and what to eat. A balanced diet with essential nutrients with lots of water can improve our digestive system and helps to keep body healthy. A proper and regular growth requires a balances and nutrition rich diet.

 

Cleanliness:  

Cleanliness is next to godliness. Without a healthy environment, it’s tough to maintain a proper physical health which plays part in our mental fitness. Cleanliness is not just keeping yourself clean. A clean environment counts to the neatness of person in first place. Basic cleanliness tips must be shared by elders to the younger both by action and word. An unclean environment is prone to diseases. Even the fear of disease can make one ill, hence proper and regular cleaning activities are important for keep you away from diseases. Thus cleanliness is the key for health.

Stay away from drugs:

A large fraction of people are in the danger of being addicted to drugs. Drugs not only destroy a person but the chain of people associated with him. Proper diagnosis along with medication and counseling are the only way to bring back these people. A healthy society is everyone’s job. So the idea of getting away from addictions is a must to bring out a healthy society to live in.

Conclusion

Health is wealth was framed years before. But the relevance grew year by year. A good health condition is a great blessing. It makes us feel happy and energetic to do our jobs with perfection. A good health thereby can make you emotionally and mentally stronger to face challenges.
